Our Mission:
“To optimize patient care through education, training, and support of local
Emergency Medical Services.”
Currently
there are approximately 413 attendants in Region 6. It is within that
number that we must make the most of the resources we have as a
cooperative movement. To do this we must come together and work as one
to gather the continued resources to mitigate illness, suffering and
trauma through education of technicians and the general public.
Purpose:
The purpose of the Region VI council is to empower the emergency medical service
system to continue with and improve on the services and care they provide to
citizens and agencies of the region.
We serve the following counties in South East Kansas: Allen,
Crawford, Montgomery, Bourbon, Elk, Neosho, Chautauqua, Greenwood,
Wilson, Cherokee, Labette,
and Woodson.
